The content on this website is provided for general informational purposes. It does not create a consultant-client relationship and is not legal advice, audit assurance, certification, or a guarantee of compliance. A formal engagement begins only through a separate written agreement signed by Quibble Security LLC and the client.

Consultation, launch, and assessment requests

Submitting a website form is a request for contact and does not guarantee availability, acceptance of an engagement, or a specific scope. Quibble Launch submissions do not constitute legal, tax, banking, or government filing advice and do not guarantee formation, EIN issuance, or bank-account approval. Security Posture Check results are limited informational guidance, not an audit, certification, or substitute for a formal Gap Assessment. Engagement scope, responsibilities, and deliverables are confirmed separately.

Incident Response scope

When included in a separately confirmed Incident Response engagement, deliverables may include an incident response and containment report, containment and eradication action log, breach notification assessment, and post-incident findings with recommendations. An incident-response inquiry or website form submission does not guarantee availability, acceptance, or an immediate response. Legal notification determinations and deadlines are coordinated with the client's counsel. Quibble Security does not provide legal advice.

You may use the website for lawful business and informational purposes. You may not attempt to disrupt the website, gain unauthorized access, submit false or harmful information, copy protected content for commercial use, or use the website in a way that violates applicable law.
